CMA (Comparative Market Analysis). Your REALTOR® can pull comparable sales in your area. This report shows properties currently on the market, under contract, and closed within a specific timeline (normally 90-180 days of history). This report is beneficial to both buyers (when considering an offer) and sellers (when deciding a listing price).
Property Preparation: Updates, new fixtures, paint, cleaning, landscape and clutter.
Agency Agreement: Listing agreement, timeline, relationship and broker fee disclosure.
